Chef de cuisine, pastry chef and the first SSA-certified Saké Pioneer in France, Lobna Liverneaux is developing a singular approach to gastronomy: an Emotional Cuisine where flavors become landscapes, textures memories and each plate a work of art.

Based in Strasbourg, she designs made-to-measure menus featuring local, seasonal products inspired by Japan, to enhance the tasting experience.
